This hilarious movie tells the story of a staid English butler–played by the great Charles Laughton–gambled away by his lord and master in a poker game to Egbert Floud, a wealthy American bumpkin from Red Gap, Washington. How will Ruggles, the gentleman’s gentleman, adapt to the wild and woolly West? Join us to find out! All Hillside families, friends and staff are invited. (This brilliant comedy is one of Jean’s personal favorites–he gives it five stars!)
